Mene Greyhound Figurine

This is a nice figurine of a whippet or greyhound made by Nymphenburg in the early to mid 20th century. This is the white version but I also own the much rare painted one. The piece is modeled superbly with the ribs on his sides showing and the muscles along his legs plus all the details to his face. Some leaves and a branch on the base. This piece was first designed by P.J. ( Pierre Jules ) Mene whose name is also on top of the front base. The dog is 4.25 inches tall, 2.25 inches wide and 6 inches long. It is marked with the impressed shield mark on top of the base with the model number 128 over 4 impressed to the underside. The figure is in perfect condition. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $349
